IDS Conference 2016 in Dallas this Month

ids conference 2016I’m counting the moments until our Interior Design Society (IDS) National Conference 2016 in Dallas at the Dallas Market Center (16 days!).
We believe all attendees will sharpen their competitive edge with our fantastic lineup of speakers and panelists. The theme is Building a Better Business: One Design at a Time, and we’re focusing our speakers are successful industry entrepreneurs and design coaches who will impart their wisdom and share their formulas for success.

Everyone will gain fresh entrepreneurial insight and learn innovative ideas and leading-edge approaches for running a lucrative design business with happy clients.
The opening reception is Wednesday, March 30, at Arteriors in the Dallas Design District from 6 – 8 p.m. (transportation provided by IDS from the Market Center). The sessions are Thursday and Friday, and the final event is the glamorous #idsIMPACT and Designer of the Year Awards Dinner Friday, April 1, starting with a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m.

I’m thrilled to be on the IDS board of directors, serving on the executive committee as Member at Large. I’m so proud of the Dallas design community and believe this conference, with its focus on sound design practices, will offer something precious for our members.
