Interior design is not just about creating something pretty. It's also about solving problems and making homes more functional. My role as an expert problem solver was called into play with a recent Dallas interior design job that took a dull and dated ranch-style house and totally refreshed it with bespoke, bright transitional design. The first buds are appearing on fruit trees in Texas and I see new leaves popping up on trees all around me. Spring is almost here! So for this week's Delight in Design, I'm sharing some spring fashion that's fresh and fun. This is an outfit that could look great in the office and transition into the evening and the color palette screams, "spring!" Design Crush: Apollinaire Chandelier
For this week's Design Crush, I've found a sleek brass chandelier that will take your breath away with its simple, yet dramatic, aesthetics. The Apollinaire chandelier from Jonathan Browning Studios is machined by hand from solid brass, custom-made for each home.
