BGI Receives IDS Designer of the Year Awards
The Interior Design Society (IDS) recently celebrated their fifth annual Designer of the Year Award winners, and awarded Barbara Gilbert Interiors (BGI) first place honors in both the Kitchens and Sustainable Design categories. BGI received both awards for the Village Park Eco Home project - a contemporary hill country style home built to answer the question, “What’s next in high-performance home construction?” The net zero energy ready home was built with sustainable and recycled materials resulting in high style with minimal impact to the environment.
