Color Crush: Copper-Roofed Old Church
One of my favorite parts of travel is seeing historic buildings — there's always so much to learn when you go somewhere new. This week's Color Crush color palette comes from a photo of a copper-roofed old church with some wonderful hues. This is a common site over parts of Europe, the copper that has turned a green color, contrasting with a terra cotta colored roof. Design Crush: Midcentury Modern Dresser
I love furniture with a sculptural element and my Design Crush this week offers just that. The Revo Midcentury Modern Dresser offers unforgettable style that's elegant and functional. This four-drawer console chest from Butler Specialty Company is alluringly finished in dark caramel and the four-corner tapered post frame exquisitely supports the drawers and their contents. Crafted from gmelina wood, this dresser has finely tailored and textured white leather-and-chrome handlebar drawer pulls. Open them to reveal English dovetail construction with smooth maple interiors. This piece measures 40 inches wide by 16 inches deep by 34 inches high and would look marvelous in a...

Made from Travertine stone quarried near Rome, this masterpiece was opened and inaugurated in 1762. The design is just as striking and beautiful today, don't you think? I love this photo of the fontana di Trevi, which is my inspiration for my Color Crush color palette this week. The blues, pale purples, and browns would...
